Saline Soybeans

1 Soybeans
2 Shallots
3 Ginger
4 Small piece of star anise
5 Cinnamon
6 Geraniol
7 Dry red pepper
8 Salt
9 Cooking wine
1 Soybeans repeatedly scrub, rinse and drain
2 Cut onions, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, cumin, dried red pepper put it to a pot
3 Pour soybeans in it
4 Add salt and cooking wine
5 Immerse for 30min
Best snack and itís not fattening too!
