I try to give to the poor people for love what the rich could get for money. No, I wouldn't touch a leper for a thousand pounds; yet I willingly cure him for the love of God.
Anyone can advise me how to get or make assam water?

Got one recipe you must try! I found it in the internet. 10 out of 10 people who tried it love it (including my dad who hates cheese!) ;-D
Tip 1: As the jack cheese come in a big block of about 250g, the rest of the ingredient just follow the proportion. Forget about the cup or what.
Tip 2: I shred the jack cheese using the peeler. It makes the mixing of all ingredients very easy.
Chessy Garlic Bread
1 loaf french bread
1/2 cup butter
1 cup shredded jack cheese
1 cup shredded asiago cheese or parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (No miracle whip type dressing)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pureed
Split french bread loaf into halves horizontally.
Mix butter, cheeses, mayonnaise, green onions and garlic in a bowl, blending well.
Spread the cut side of bread with spread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, then place under broiler about 3 minutes longer.
Cut into slices and serve.
