- Medium mango
- 250g Glutinous rice flour
- Mango Juice 250ml
- Dessicated coconut

250g Glutinous rice flour

mango Juice 250ml

+/- 10 teaspoons sugar *or you substitute sugar with evaporated milk*

add Glutinous rice flour

mix well till everything dissolves (flour + juice) *Strain if mixture is lumpy*

heat +/- 4 mins............ till it turns into dough like form refer to picture *Covered, otherwise its gonna dry up*
or Pour batter into a greased tray/bowl and steam on high heat for 30 minutes *for those with no oven*

remove from oven

prepare dessicated coconut

Wear a pair of plastic gloves and greased with some corn oil.

Take a 30g piece of cooked dough and flatten it into a round disc. Wrap in as much mango cubes as desired. Seal the edges tightly and shape them into round balls.

Ready to eat!!!! Serve chilled
