The way i cook either Chicken leg o breast is by seasoning it with both Adobo and Sazon on each side of the piece. I also cut it up between the skin in either for it to cook faster and have a better taste.
Then you put in on the pan that already has grease in it. Depending on the size of the pot you can pretty much put as many legs or breast you want. I also put a top on the pot in order to cook faster but make sure you give it air. You have to be patient with the chicken because it doesnt only take a minute to finish cooking.
And depending on how high you put the temparature on, your chicken will be done
