Has anyone tried baking with a turbo broiler? I would like to try baking but do not wish to get an oven because it will take up space on my kitchen table-top. So I thought a turbo broiler will be a better choice and it is easy to clean. If I am not using can keep inside cabinet. There is also another type selling at OG - it is actually a wok and the turbo broiler is the lid. Just wondering can bake with this???
Hi, Any idea where to buy a turbo broiler in Singapore?
They are not X-rays, they are heat rays or (scientifically speaking) infrared rays;
so far i used to bake whole chicken, chicken wings, the skin will be crispy, fish, roast meat the oil will come out. Nuggets, chicken pie. Muffin still ok but not whole cake.
