Anyone have Endometrosis before and after remove can we conceive?

Hi Winnie_gal,

I have endometriosis before.

Doc actually recommended a treatment of a series of 4 injections to stop my menses so that the clots in the tubes will clear off.

I conceived without the injections. I had cysts before gynae discovered I had endometriosis. After I removed my cysts, 6 mths later, I conceived. That time only 1 of my tubes were clotted.

i went for laproscopy ovarian drilling due to PCOS and realised that I have endo too.

removed the clots and conceived the following month.

now still now contraceptive to control endo problems.

what the diff between cyst and endo?

Hi Winnie_gal,

Cyst are growths... Endo is a condition where menses blood flow back into the tubes and form clots.

When I had endo as well as cysts, I still had my regular menses. But my cramps are very bad and my menses was very clotty.

ya.. before i know i have endo.. i also have menstrual cramp when menese coming...
everytime it come it came in lump..yucks..

so after one month i remove menese came usual but much more heavier flow ?

did you remove your endo?

Same as me. When menses came back again very heavy flow. But lesser clots.

The key hole surgery can only remove the cysts. Endo cannot remove. Only way to "cure" the condition is to stop menses. 1 way is for us to be pregnant. That's natural cure. If not, need injections. My gynae recommended me to go for injections after my op. My hubby told him that we want to try without the injections for 6 mths beacuse only 1 tube blocked by endo. So 6 mths later pregnant.

Those injections that my gynae recommended to treat the endo didn't come cheap. about $400 per jab if I didn't remember wrongly.

ya... i get a shock .. when the 1st time after surgey i got the menses.. very heavy flow...sianz... i did the ops on oct..

btw can i check with you ar, now your menses still come reguarly like 28 days? before i did the ops is plus minus 28 days... i scare after ops haywire?

my gyane even check for my tube she say is fine .. but am scare i can't conceive ...

Ya my menses returned to regular 28 days 3 mths after op. During the 3 mths was few days after and before.

It's good that your gynae says your tubes are fine. Should be able to conceive if you "plan" properly, if you know what I mean.

How're you testing for ovulation? Mucus, BBT or ovulation kit? I used first 2 methods for first 4 months of trying post-op. After that then I used ovulation kit. Found ovulation kit the most accurate. Used for 2 mths then conceive already.

my menses shld due today.. last few days dont hav much signs.. but today like abit cramp.. may i ask you will your stomach still cramp after you remove? by rite shld not rite?

Ya will cramp a bit... But not as painful as last time. Last time before op my cramp is so painful I must take MC on some cycles.

dont't stress!!! Just enjoy the process and your precious time with hubby before baby comes

When baby comes, it'll be a world of difference So just enjoy now.

Not yet trying for #2. At first considering. Then after much talk and finance check, think we're not ready for #2. That time wanted to try soon after #1 because endometriosis can return. So... yaa lorr... Dilemma....

26 still young ... I'm older than 26. LOL. And I conceived after 26.

That time after my op and post op my gynae make me go down every month when my AF came to monitor.

Give yourself some more time. Try the ovulation kit and see how.

Thanks.. but now in earlier stage pregnancy.. feel so tired and after meal stomach feel bloated.. gg to see the gynae who remove cyst for me on 6 Jan.

Ya it's normal. In my first few weeks I burped a lot. Good thing I didn't have morning sickness.

6th Jan? So long? See if you can see him earlier to get the multi-vits and fish oils. Also, to get a scan of your little baby Usually by 7 weeks, can see heartbeat already. I went to see my gynae when I was 5 weeks pregnant to start on the multi-vits and fish oil and stuff.
