Can anyone advice what kind of food to eat and not to eat while trying to conceive?
Food to avoid :
1) Green Tee
2) Yellow Beans
3) Soy milk
4) Tao Kee (beancurd skin)
5) Anything to do with Beans??
Please kind add on...
Im cutting down much on the ones on the list..plus i also try to eat less canned food and cold meat...
Hmmmmm i not sure weather Beans can be taken anot.. But i still drink soy bean milk... But not much.. Hear that prawns / sotong eat alrd baby come out will have rashes.. I did ask my mum but she say ok cos last time she did eat too.. ..
I think is ok just eat anythin you feel like eating.. .. Cut down on Cold stuff , coffee/ tea.. .. As well as liver ..
You can take multi vits and folic acid for yourself.....to build up your body
heard that as our womb need to be warm but tea, caffine and cooling stuffs does affect our womb... so i just drink lots of warm plain water to ease the heatiness... but cant stop cold drinks totally but will control...
for beans, i'm not very sure but think take average amt shouldn't be a prob...
I stopped caffeine and alcohol too. But I do drink a glass of wine on big occasions or give in to a cup of teh tarik when I have craving.
As for green tea I thought somewhere I read Green tea is good for trying to concieve? although it has caffeine too...
The guideline is everything in moderation in my opinion.
And someone mentioned pre-conception multi-vits and folic acid which I think they are impt.
Exercise, and rest well. And most impt dont stress yourself during the trying to concieve process
