I suggest you go for a pre natal check up to see if you and hubby has any prob.
Some ways you may want to try if you do not wish to go for check up
1) put a small pillow under your butts after sex to let the sperms swim into you. the lesser liquid coming out from you, the better. means the sperms are travelling upwards towards the tubes.
2) use the basal temp method. use this method to track your ovulation and do during your ovulation day. If you are active, my gynae that time suggested that we do every 3 days. cos sperms can stay in body for up to 3 days and if you do every 3 days, means, everyday, there's sperm inside you. higher chance. but then, try not to do everyday else the semen too diluted.
3) take pre natal multi vit. can buy from pharmacy. i got the Blackmores one the previous time. quite smelly but it helps to build my body
4) have you started taking folic acid? if not, start taking now. this is not to make conception easier but baby needs folic acid for spinal growth at the very early stages
