Hi missy10, best to have it checked out. For most women, having their cervic bumped during BD could cause discomfort or pain. Happens with any position?
Abit neurotic you think? sigh...best to check . Even if doc thinks i 大惊小怪Originally Posted by Dragontail:774473
Definitely not! Every discomfort (or peachy cm) should be checked, especially you've never experienced such before. Dont care what the doc or dog or cat thinks. You're checked and all ok most important.
Hahaha..okay..thanks DragontailOriginally Posted by Dragontail:774476
Rav3naers>> just go and see gynae.. At least you have peace of mind... I think doc understand .. Cos we are inexperienced and first time mother..
Be it first time or how many times mum. If uou feel something not right or it is out of the ordinary, go to consult the gynae immediately. .rather be kiasu anf kiasee...Originally Posted by Thelay:774478

Hi littlej, not sure if you'll get to see this today. Just wondering if you've gone for your oscar result visit. I'm sure it's all well.
Missy10. if problem persists, see doctor alright?
i do not have these prob till last nov.... I was experiencing the same discomfort, I went TM Clinic @ Sun Plaza, the gynae mentioned that nothing was seen in my womb.... and the discomfort came back only in March till today....
I think i will in near soon.... thanks.....
hubby just passed to me a cup of icy cocktail.
Xiaxue has popped OMG her baby is uber cute/handsome! I can melt looking at newborn pics.
Ooo.. shes preganant and gave birth already? So long since I visited her blog. Haha.
Rav - aiya! Mai tu ! See doc! You need to be extra vigilant about every single symptom your body is giving you - esp cramps, discharge, backache. Never downplay any single symptom. Besides, the doc makes his / her living off people like us - who is he / she to say 大惊小怪! Without patients, docs have no work
I had runny nose and ultra sleepy from week 5 onwards. Now my nose is not so runny but got many erm pi sai *gross* and still sleepy. I used to be able to sleep at 3am but now 1am my body automatically shuts down.
Hi missy10 - welcome! And yes please see doc too! The gynae would be able to advise.... And you can check in with the gynae on the condition of your womb, get fertility tips etc too.
Hahaha my hubby never sayang my tummy. He only said 'wa i never see your boobs this big' and looks super hum sup. muahahahah I have small boobs . But too bad we couldn't have sex during first trimester (doc's orders).
And talking about sex - woo hoo!!! Doc has given the go ahead for us to resume making love!!! My dear was like "you sure, this is not an April fool's joke??". But now my dear is conked out like a zombie. So guess tonight ain't the night. I feel like a virgin - have not't been active for 3 months *shy* (the Madonna song "like a virgin" pops into my head now)
Littlej, has your tummy begun to show? I noticed my lower ab is starting to become a bit big but I highly suspect is becos I fat ...and it isn't hard...just soft soft flabby flabby ....sadded...my boobs also small small...it is slightly bigger now but still small small....I was expecting humongous boobs....sadded x2
Erm....we couldnt take it anymore and succumbed to happy happy last week...now starting to feel uneasy....shdnt have given in to temptation...sadded x3
Hi dragontail - thanks so much for your concern. *hugs hugs*
My Oscar result came out good. Low risk, 1:2000. But of course as you said, the Oscar is not conclusive and just as there are false positives, there are also false negatives. The report even states "the laboratory cannot be hold responsible for their impact on the risk assessment!" (Yes, with the exclamation mark and "hold responsible"?? - think the person who wrote the report needs to go for english lessons). So for now, dear and I decided that we are happy with this and yes, we can now tell our family members and close friends. But hahaha perhaps we will wake up tomorrow thinking differently...
Hi rav - personal advice from me. Have a good chat with your hubby on whether you wanna do the Oscar test. Also, get some advice from your gynae. From personal experience, it is nerve wrecking and i find myself questioning myself if I made the right decision - maybe better not to know?? so you and hubby need to ask yourselves "so what if you know and what if you dont't know... Is it better not to know?".
Hi tvh - ya showing slightly. But i put on too much weight. 5kg... So I have been banned from
Consuming too much Carbo now. Erm my boobs have not't grown by leaps and bounds ! I can still wear my old bras but just that they fill up more nicely now I am hoping I would go up by 2 cup sizes - like Anna Nicole smith y'know but fat chance I think
Hahahah. If ok then ok . Did your gynae tell you not to bd? Mine is super traditional. Maybe cuz of my age so need to be extra cautious - I am 35...
I didn't put on any weight at all...will be 12 weeks tomorrow ...so kinda worried becos I dont't have much appetite...will b going for Oscar this wed....very stressed...I'm still in doubt if there is anything inside me at all....
err he didn't say can or cannot becos I didn't ask...haha...I'm 31 so I think I need to be cautious too...
Hahha what's the obsession with bigger boobs here? I also dont know why but I surely hope I can see a D-cup when preggie. Ha!
littlej, woohoo! That's a wonderful news. Gotta LOL and hard on that english thing. What's up? Geez got exclamation mark as well? So emo the one who wrote it....
If I were you, I trust that that is it. The test has spoken its truth and now you can focus on celebrating this wonderful news with you other loved ones I believe you'll have another test (anomaly test aka detailed scan) at 20 weeks.
I think yes... good to hear out from the gynae about what tests which are suitable for each individual. My gynae always tells me every pregnancy is different; every fetus is different. Maybe he will discourage me to skip oscar, since it's just my personal thought that I should skip it and go straight to amnio/cvs next time if got bfp. So yeah, a good gynae is someone you can trust and talk with and discuss on the best options.
Becos ...pregnancy is the only chance to have big boobs without going for surgery....hahaha
I not greedy...C cup enough hehehe
littlej, wow 5kg is quite a speedy gain. Hee... but seriously , I rather be fat and pregnant than not. LOL.
My gynae/sinseh also told me no BD during first trime. I'm sure it was because of my age.
TVH, I lost weight too back then....at 12 weeks I was lighter than before my pre-preg weight. But I know that losing weight during 1st trime is very common. So dont worry. Try to drink more warm high calorie fluid (horlick/milo/nestum). Most ladies' weight skyrocket after 1st trime (when MS starts to disappear) so be ready to get round. Hee.
