@dragontail: I read online says fibroids wont have impact with fertility.. hope doc will determine whats best to deal with the situation!
@poohy: i am gonna kill every single mosqitoes I see! lol
Those in 2ww, good luck and baby dust!!! Those in their fertile period, keep calm and DB on! Can't wait for everyone in this thread to graduate with flying colors!
yes Dragontail at least doctor has taken a look at your womb. the next step he should have the solution.
dragontail - dont worry so much. fibroids doesnt cause infertility. fibroids are actually super common & many will have it without knowing. you are very brave by taking this step to getting yourself checked! doc will know how to treat these darn fibroids & your next bfpS will be healthy & lasting!
Done with doc. I heaved a sign. He said looking at my result, unlikely they are the cause of my mcs. Since he is so experienced, I trust what he says...he says we dont touch them now. He asks me continue my supps and he will also give me omega to strengthen my womb.
Result says hubby's army no good. He got teratzoo****. Dont know how to spell. He says likely this is the cause of those mishaps.
Doc will put him on his herbal pills 3x a day. From what I see, I think there shouldnt be too big a problem for us because he says we can still bd 2-3x a week, since we will be starting his medicine today. Next month on my cd1 to see him because he wants to see my flow. Then he positively says "who knows your period never comes? Then you can see me the day after your missed period that you are pregnant". He's so nice
Now, I dont know how to break this news to him. He can be quite egoistic...
For guys, I think you just need to give facts..if it is in the report. .they would usually accept it..cos in general. .they are logical thinkers? ?!!Originally Posted by Dragontail:796808
dragontail - I guess all men will not feel good if they are told their army no good.. but you can let your hubby know that its actually quite common. if your doc still can advice you to bd.. & that you may strike, then hey! its not too bad right? mine, I told hubby that his army no good & he gave me this super sad sad face that made me wanna cry.. but I told him.. since we checked it out early & I got my own fair share of problems as well. we will just have to bear with the pain (actually the pain is only on me.. haha) and seek treatment early. also told him no time to feel upset or sad. then we went on a few short holidays.. so relax! your man may surprise you & cope with the news not as bad as you think?
Lemongrass...I think..my sis used to burn the incense in the room...Originally Posted by littlej:796620
Dragontail: what supps he give your hubby? my hubby also same case. maybe i want him tk the same supp.
Dragon - have to show men the factsheet, they won't accept verbal logic....
Dragontail: your man got take any supp prior to this? Worry for my man too, same age as urs but my man no smoke.
Thanks everyone for standing behind me on this.
Doc says should let me hubby start the pill asap. He asks "are you not having lunch with him?". Well I'm not so after the doc I drove to my hubby's office and asked him to come down and I threw a pill into his mouth
Quincy the pills are his in house herbal pills. I guess need to see him to get prescribed. You mentioned your hubby also has teratzoo? He did SA before? He never got medicated?
Littlehamster, my hubby has few supps but I dont even know what they are as my mother in law prepares for him every morn. I actually am very surprised my hubby has this army problem. He is young...always thought maybe problem solely lies on me. Has your man done such SA test before?
Somehow...I feel we should have done a thorough fertility tests before trying to concieve. Until such problems pop out, we realised we have been so ignorant about our own health.
Oh well, bygones. Have to watch more on hubby's diet and sleeping timing (very bad on this he has).
Oh I just saw my man's prescription and it's called Tentax. It's the same which littlej's hubby got which helped in her bfp
Is tentax a common drug available at all clinics or is it a very specialised prescription I wonder?
My man have not't for SA test.. now abit worried hmmmm. He's on multivitamin since last year. Think maybe not So bad?? Hmmmm
Littlehamster, I think my man has been on fish oil, maybe flaxseed, maybe berries, multvits etc (my mother in law likes to add this add that to his supps). But he smokes, has very bad sleeping pattern, and sometimes stress from both school and work. Not to mention his diet aint that healthy.
I feel even one has overload of supps, but if the basics are not done rightfully, it will just be effort down the drain. If you think your hubby has been living a healthy lifestyle, then not to worry so much ya. But if you want to do the next step, SA test poses no harm. I think 100plus for this test. At least we are well informed of our health and know what's the next step of action.
dragontail - gynae explained to me before that men nowadays dont't have good lifestyle. hot showers, sauna etc all are accumulative over the years... food also plays a part.. I know my hubby loves all the high cholesterol food like seafood, roe, pigs insides (he practically eats the whole pig head to tail which I find damn disgusting!) & he hates green veggies & fruits..
perhaps you may want to add more green veggies n fruits into your man's diet? together with the tentax pills.. im sure the army will improve very quickly
Dragontail *wave* I disappeared from the thread as I have nothing to contribute so am still trying very hard (no BFP as of yet). I just came back from a lap in April to remove my fibroids though they will not affect fertility (I was about to embark on IVF and then the you/S revealed the fibroids so have to remove in case they hinder the procedure). The thing is actually my hub has teratozoospermia too and it's seems to be common condition for guys nowadays. Your hubby may want to take another SA after 3 months to see if its just a one-off issue with this batch of soldiers such as stress or diet etc. My hub took 3 times and the results were all the same (< 1% normal) and I'm waiting for his fourth SA result after he tried acupuncture (sad to say traditional chinese medicine and supplements like GNC Men's has no positive effect on his soldiers). Do ask your hub to take more nuts like walnuts and sunflower seeds and sufficient sleep is definitely a must as the kidneys have to rest enough to produce good soldiers.
@dragontail - take care, hope all goes well for you and you get a bfp soon..
I just Whatsapp my man, tell him about Dragontail 's hubby... see what he says.. (*¯︶¯*)
superwoman, *waving back*. Feeling good to seeing you come by again. Thanks for your update. Hope you have rested well. My hubby did ask me does he have to test his soldier again. I have no answer because I also forgot to ask my gynae. Ok if next 2 cycles are quiet, I will request for another SA for him. And good luck to you too.
Seems like this teratozoo is rather common. My man loves to take hot shower. So hot that everytime he comes out from shower he will complain wooo so warm so warm. I will say you switch the water temp so high that's why hot . I will remind him to sleep earlier indeed.
happilymarried, I will have to do fruit platter for him. Cut the fruits into pretty bite size then maybe he will attempt to eat them. Likewise, he also loves high cholesterol food like heavy ramen soup, all kinds of roes, crayfish noodles (cant he just order like toufu noodle soup or something). Tonight I shall have a very serious talk with him.
dragontail - is tentax similar to male viagra? I did a google search & read a bit on it.. supposed to improve blood circulation & increase testosterone levels.. hmm, y didnt my gynae give this to my hubby? I would love to have him jump on me more...
littlej - feedback on textax when your man was taking it?
littlehammie, maybe your man wont say yes straight away. Just like mine. It's like they feel intimidated their heirloom is under scrutiny. But if I can make my man do it eventually, any men can. Ha.
happilymarried, I also googled tentax and also read the same thing! I so scared my hubby wants me 24/7 then how? lol. Ya ya.. I also cant wait to hear what littlej has to share about the effects it has on her man.....
superwoman! hello! we can all help you jiayou be it 2ww or ivf.. I an ex ivf patient too.. hubby also has bad sperm.. only see 1% improvement after 1 full year of supplements & lifestyle change.. mine refused traditional chinese medicine help cuz he doesnt have time & doesnt really believe..
I think I'll brew the kidney tonic soup for my man tonight. He always like to jump on me
It would be a great help if anyone here has any info about the below matter or know anyone in similar situation and how they dealt with it:
Me and my hubby are having PR status..Is there an added advantage to get PR for the baby if I deliver in Singapore than other country?
I understand that if I deliver here, after registering birth and receiving passport, I can apply for PR for my baby. I called ICA to confirm the above procedure and they said it might take even 6 months or so.
I am contemplating what if the PR application is rejected.
