I fasted last ramadhan while pregnant n still breastfding my doter. This yr i wil still continue to fast while breastfding my 2 month old kid.
Some of the preparation i'll b taking:
- drink plenty of water for sahur and iftar. I plan to finish 1.5l for sahur and another 1.5l for iftar
- dont skip sahur. have a nutritious sahur n iftar. Include fish n vege in your diet.
- have plenty of rest wen you can
- i plan to have oats on some days for my sahur as i realise oats help to boost my milk supply. you can try tht out
