Breast Feeding Shrink And Sag Breast???

Dear Mommies,

I heard horrible stories on breast feeding. From Shrinking from a cup C to A-....

And sagging due to breast feeding.

How true are the above?

Would love some feed back from mommies who have breast fed before!

I was smaller than A cup before pregnancy. Bloomed into C cup during breastfeeding. When stopped, went to A cup (which was still bigger than pre-preg).

Not saggy because I wore good support bras throughout my bf career. And I did breastlifting massages at home when i decided to stop bf. Also used some ampoules for breasts to ensure skin will tighten and not be loose. Once skin is not loose, it wont sag

I just asked the KK LC yday about this issue and she said that shouldn't happen. Of coz it'd be smaller than when you're lactating but it shouldn't become smaller than pre-pregnancy...

But personally i think taking good care of your breasts are impt too like wearing proper nursing bras.

Actually I personally find nursing bras not good support for me. So I wore wireless padded bras throughout my pregnancy and bf career.

For my own case, before I was preggy with my #1, I was B cup, then after BF of #1 then shrink to A. then during preggy with #2 n also #3, boom up to C cup. After stop BF for #2, shrink back to A. N both times, yes, breast confirm will sag... After stop BF, then applied creams to take care ...

i can't tahan wearing bras in this weather, but thank goodness my boobs are small enuf not to be too badly affected by gravity. hahaha.

i hope that i can remain an A cup after I stop bfing.

Stonston- what kind of breast lifting exercises? - is there a website you can recomend?

I have no recommended brand. Just that I was using Clarins 1... I dont know if got any diff, everyday I look at myself... I think should have...

the breast lifting exercise is taught by my beautician after i grumble to her i got alot of loose skin after stop bf. then she ask me to use ampoule to tighten the skin also. i just ordered another carton of the ampoule, if anyone keen can share with me

the breast lifting exercise is something like face lifting exercise. you apply the ampoule then massage your breasts in upward motion

hmm.. how much are the ampule? Only thing is I do not need it now as I am still breastfeeding and will do so until my baby doesn't want it. (He is 2 months now)

1 ampoule can use for 2 days cos alot.
what i do is i pour out what i need, then use cling wrap to wrap, put in air tight container and keep in the fridge

Then got slimming/firming ampoules that are $1.20 each, comes in box of 10.
that one helps to tighten the skin, esp after giving birth the tummy got alot of loose skin.
now i use that for my bust cos it helps to tighten the skin on the bust too.

Hi Stonston ... i also would like to try... hee... but wearing wired bra during BF career won't be painful? i never try... have been wearing non wired bra cos sometimes engorged than become quite big n i think can be painful if i wear wired bra... hmm... wats your advise stonston? i think my bust got sagged sia... should i get wired bra? and like what size do i get? the size before engorged? or after? hee... thanks!!

Stonston can you reco the brand of wireless padded bra you're wearing, what is the cost? I bought a wired bra did not even use it once cos when i was wearing it feeling damn uncomfy. Took off within 5 mins

JUst to share, I'm wearing the soft wired nursing bra by Sorella. can be found at BHG Bugis. Very comfortable and does not give me blocked ducts. Been wearing them since my gal is 5 months. she is now 7.5 months. it's $49.9 per piece.
