if you can, bf for as long as possible. It's possible to boost your supply again, since your supply has always been quite stable.
My ger is 8 mths now and on 2 meals a day. I still let her suckle as and when she wants. She still drinks at least 5 times a day, but she doesn't latch on as long as before.
latching twice a day is quite infrequent , maybe you can increase the number of times to at least 3?
btw, if you find that your ger isn't drinking as much, you may want to cut down on the servings at each meal? Cos bbs must get most of their nutrients from milk before one year of age.
It's hard for you to measure if you latch directly, but bbs are still supposed to be drinking anything from 600 to 800ml of milk a day till the age of 1.
