My maternity leave will end in 3 weeks' time and my already low milk flow is decreasing . My milk flow used to be 40ml per pumping session, now maybe only about 20ml or 10ml per pumping session. Do you think I should stop giving my baby EBM?

How often do you pump? It has to be at a regular interval of 2-3 hours then the milk will flow easier.
tried your suggestion many times (for 2 months) but the flow is still little...2-3 hours interval pumping and direct feed doesn't increase my milk flow. To add on, even taking blessed thirst and fenugreek do not work for me too. So, I'm just a mother with little milk.
Anyway, my concern is not above now. My concern is should I stop giving my baby breast milk when I return work since my flow is low.
dont give up..keep on pumping..
dont be deterred by the amt of breast milk expressed out cos that does not indicate that the amount pumped out is the amt you have in you..you sure have more than that...
just keep on latching him at night and in the day before you go work..and keep on expressing at work
i encountered expressing 50 mins..end up only 15 ml (both sides) come out.. but i continued to express n latch..now resume back to 50ml i happy like anything
take papaya with fish soup ..eat more fish...drink more water...
dont't give up. my milk was low too. only 10ml-20ml every pump total quantity. but that is becos my pump is irregular and i sometimes stretch the timing till 2 pump 1 day(previously)... i also back to work . i started pumping every 3/4hrs regularly now and let my baby latch in the nite. now my milk total quantity is 30-60ml per pump. though still not enough for my baby but i still pump out to keep in the fridge. then i consolidate the milk enough for 1 feed and feed him. eat more fish and proteins, drink more water/soup. take fenugreek.
