    How to remove milk blister

Any mummies have milk blister? How to remove it? I read from the net that if it is not removed, it will develop into plugged ducts. And the way to remove is to use a needle to poke it.

Any other way to remove it?

Re: How to remove milk blister

I used a needle...but other ways would be to try to scratch it with your nail while in the shower or a warm facewasher and rub the nipple. Or keep latching baby on in hopes that baby's suction will break the blister. I had heaps of these with my 1st baby because he was a bit tongue tied.
