    How to warm frozen EBM?

    Dear mummies, I would like to check with you guys on how to warm up Frozen EBM?
    Do I boiled it or just bring down from freezer than warm in hot water?

    I'd put the thawed EBM in a bowl of warm water to it. Will change the water a couple of times before the EBM is warmed enough to be fed. dont't use water that is too hot as it will destroy the nutrients in the milk.

    NEVER boil breast milk!!!

    you should take out the EBM from the freezer and thaw in the fridge. after thawing, take out from the fridge and put the bottle into a bowl of warm water. =)

    If it's for immediate consumption and you cannot wait for it to thaw in the fridge, you can thaw the bag under some running water. However milk thawed this way must be consumed immediately, and any leftovers discarded.
