i have back ache due to pumping. i always cross my legs and place the bottles on my thighs so that i need not hold on to them. i've to lean forward to do it so always results in back ache.. >.<
i was like you few weeks ago.. wondering if dear son gets enough milk and i dont get much breast milk from expressing as well.. is your child gaining weight? if hes gaining weight, feels contented after his feed and is alert then i dont think theres problem with your breast milk.. or quantity of your breast milk..
The other time, my son kept fussing at my breast and refuse to latch after suckling for 1 minute. Kept crying. Made me feel like I have no milk for him. Plus I was lack of sleep. Both too stressed up. In the end I gave formula milk as last resort.. That's when I started full time pumping and bottle feed him. You can read my blog post on my breastfeeding journey in the link below. I think it's in the archive. =) hope it can motivate you!
my dear son sometimes fuss at my breast as well.. i will put him down, change his diaper.. carry him, pat his backside so to calm him down and latch again..
