i went to tangs nursing room. the rooms are great but there is a BIG FLAW. the electric plug doesn't work.
i brought my electric pump out and wanted to pump. it doesn't work. it tried the another room (there are 2 rooms) also cannot.
i was so sad. i thought die breast pump spoilt. even wanted to buy one on the spot.
luckily i didn't
Guess what. i plug onto my home switch, it works!
Check with you... you went to the one at Orchard or vivo? me going back to work in orchard area.. need to find nursing room there coz office has no place for pumping.
Best nursing room in singapore is at CK tAngs 6th floor... like hotel.. go try it out!!!
i cant find the nursing room at TPY....where is it??
bugis junction...inside BHG also got baby room...2 nursing cubicles n a few diaper changing station
Yew Tee point also have..have not went in before, but from the look outside, quite nice..
Cozy, lights can be dimmed, and hot water supply also..
I went to Jurong Point last week and the nursing room was just 2 very big rooms (can even bring in the trolley and a a few family members). Only a hot water dispenser and a basin are available outside the rooms. Should be 3rd or 4th level.
AMK hub also has the rooms for nursing and changing diaper.
What do you mean by "nursery" at velocity?
The nursery is it like drop off ?
IMM only got 1 nursing rooms and there is no hot water!! quite disapponting with IMM... Imgaine i carry my hungry baby standing outstanding the room for 15 mins as the room is occupied by someone before i decide to go other places to feed my baby..
Jurong point is still the best!!!
My fav so far:
1) Changi Airport T3
2) Isetan Scotts (got vending m/c for yakult somemore, can buy a bottle for my elder gal)
3) Vivocity (the main one at Level 2. I think certain toilets have nursing rms too)
6) Suntec City
1) Plaza Singapura - so smelly & the chair looks so dirty!
Is there one is CK Tangs? The last time I was there, 1 sales assistant asked me to use the room that looks like a handicapped toilet.

Went shopping to the 2 new malls last week Ochard Central and 313 Somerset. Here's my 2 cents worth on their baby rooms.
Ochard Central: Small and has no diaper changing station! Can't believe it even though the display icon show diaper changing sign. It has a seat for breasting feeding and the PA system is located inside the room which played very loud music. The room cannot be locked and located next to the toilets. But it has at least one room on every floor if I am not wrong.
313 Somerset: Briefly went in take a look on the 1st floor baby room. It has 2 changing station and a room for breastfeeding. It looks cosy. I didn't really check it out reason being a male cleaner was actually washing his mop using the baby room sink! I find that very unhygenic and disgusting. Not all floors has baby rooms and are located next to the toilets.
Honestly, I cannot understand why malls have to design baby rooms next to toilets. Most of the time baby rooms that are next to the toilets are normally not very clean. The interior designers most likely not parents themselves. Thankfully there are some developers who have parents in mind to have baby rooms located separately.
there is a family room with 2 small toilet bowls, 1 diaper changing mat. There are also 2 nursing rooms with comfy sofa and basin at the basement of raffles city, but dont have electric point
Hi Ladies, please take note that the nursing room at Toa Payoh's HDB hub is closed on Sundays.
Went to Vivocity L3 nursing room over Chinese new year eve. Totally not reco.
Was in there for less than 10mins & the air fresherner had sprayed thrice. Was feeling suffocating & pending headache, but had to escape though i was intending to bf my daughter.
Went to Suntec Nursing room (Level3) and couldnt stand the smell.
There's a nursing/changing station at Suntec Carrefour, near the baby section, but it's too open and a bit hot.
Tang's Orchard (level3 or 4) only has a diaper changing station in the handicap toilet (or did I miss the nursing room somewhere?)
OG in Bugis - a bit cramped as it is just a room converted to a baby care room.
Funan - forget it! too close to the toilet and also cant stand the smell
Millenia Walk - there is one in the basement, nice one, but a bit scary if only you and your baby are there.
Takashimaya - near the children's section, nursing room too colorful, my baby was looking everywhere and couldnt nurse well
*** and because of the pitfalls these nursing rooms' designs, I have gotten used to breastfeeding in public, using a nursing apron.
Recently I brought my 2 mths baby to AMK hub, halfway, I needed to go to the toilet to change her diaper. Luckily, I found a Diaper changing room on the 5th floor and immediately I had this thought, I am so lucky...
When I stepped in, the urine smell engulfed me.. I was like... Erkkks... Immediately and I back out and headed home straight..
in my experience, the plaza sing nursing room (on level 3?) near the hua xia swimming school is the worst. peeling wall paint, faded advertisement, no aircon, looks more like a storeroom, cramped and stale-smelling.
so its better to bring a nursing cover so that one can feed baby anywhere. I normally feed baby when i am having my meal in a restaurant.
Sometimes I'm using a baby sling to cover.
Just to add on to the list: There's a new nursing room inside the mothercare @ west coast plaza. Very clean and nice. Has 2 changing tables and a little sitting area. But no sink/electrical point.
