I have already started to express my breast milk and store them in milk bags and leave it in the freezer. However, I have a few questions which I need experienced moms out there to help. 1. How do we thaw frozen EBM? Transfer from freezer to normal fridge compartment, leave it at room temperature or use hot water? 2. If we leave frozen EMB in normal fridge compartment, how long can it last? How about at room temperature? 3. I stored about 100-120ml of EMB per milk bag. Is it possible after thawing the EBM, use some of the thawed EBM and store the remaining in the fridge? Thanks for answering! |
