I tried very hard to get her to "like it" but it simply did not work. Sources have it that babies that are inducted late to the breast milk are likely to reject it. Don't be upset dear - you're losing precious nursing moments with her. Express your milk and feed her your milk using the bottle - she'll still be able to bond closely with you that way. How I missed nursing my two babies - stroking their hair and smelling their little fingers as you feed them. My second boy took to the breast milk better. I have no scientific explanation why the pattern develops that some babies want the breast milk and others are not so fond of it. But whatever it is, dun lose special mommy time with the little ones by getting upset. Enjoy your little one, ok?Momsupdate |
