I'm currently exclusively pumping out breastmilk for my daughter to drink & have decided to start weaning off breastfeeding due to some reasons.
how do i go about doing it?
currently i'm pumping about 6 times a day (7:30am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm, 11pm) & expressing around 200ml each time.
I read that to gradually stop I have to extend my sessions & pump less each time. Right now, If I skip a session, then the next session, I will have around 300ml. My question is: if I extend my session, then does that mean the next session i should still maintain at 200ml?
And as the longer you extend the session, the more fore milk you will have at the next session, wouldn't that be all fore milk? So do I still give my daughter the milk to drink? I'm concerned that it wouldn't have enough hind milk for her.
