Rep Power: 0 Reputation: 10  | Re: Why does my baby have green poo? I seem to remember it may have to do with taking in too much lactose, possibly due to too much foremilk instead of hind milk. But occasional green poo is ok. Prob if it lasts for more than two days you may want to check with paed. |
