when my boy was 1yo, his feeding schedule was:
morning wake up (7am) - milk, then 1 bowl of oats (mixed with different things everyday, cheese, chopped raisins, fruit purees, etc)
before morning nap (10am) - milk
lunch (1pm) - 1 bowl of porridge/noodles/rice w soup
tea (3+pm) - biscuits/fruits/finger snacks/milk
wake up from afternoon nap (6pm) - milk
dinner (7pm) - 1.5 bowl of porridge/noodles/rice w soup (different fm lunch)
nite snack (9pm) - some biscuit/milk
before sleep (10+++pm) - milk
type of solid food he was already getting a very large variety.
and quite alot of finger foods so he can try to feed himself.
