Hi, i was just wonderin if any of you freeze the veggies that you put in porridges for your precious..cz i buy all the veggies like borcoli, carrots n pumkins..and then i cut them into pieces and sort them into small portion n freeze dem..is it not as nutritious as fresh veggies??

what do you put in their porridge? like what mixes are 'popular'?

and if any of you add in fish? like salmon..is it too early to add fish as they can be quite high in mercury level..

lastly,how do you cook asparagus?? and if cookin unripe pumkin is bad????
