    Grow spurth for 2 years old?

    Hi mummy, just recently when my girl recover from her stomach flu, she have been asking for food for the whole day almost every hr unless she is sleepy. Is there any grow spurth when become toddler? Is it normal for toddler to ask for food so often? It started only about a few days ago only. I dont know what to give her mostly is biscuit . She had her full 3 meals except without drinking milk cos she had diahorrea had to stop milk for a few days.

    I dont't know about toddler growth spurts...but I do remember that whenever I recovered from an illness as a child, I would get really hungry and eat a lot!

    It's fine to give food if they ask for it. Offer healthy snacks if possible.
