This what i did
- wash rice then put in pot
- add in water, when the water boil add in 干贝 & 肉头, i aso add carrot / potatoes / pumpkin
- then i let it cook there, but will check every 10min to see enought water anot..
- when about to done i will add in my fish( Salmon or sheng.Yu ) then cook about 1-2min then off ..
Some time i will add sweet potatoes / Broccolli / mines-meat ... Cant think of any right now
P,s- If you want to cook more soft( congee) cook longer abit..
