    Jar food

    Hi mommies

when we feed our babies with a new food, we must wait for 3-4 days to see if there's any allergies, right?

So we can't feed them those jar food with more than one flavour? Like say, apple and mango? Or apple custard? Since they contain more than one main ingredient.

Pardon me for my stupid question.

    Re: Jar food

Yes, you have to wait for at least 3-4 days hence why Stage 1 jars are often single foods.

With those multiple foods, your baby must be familiar already with some of the ingredients so that you'll introduce a new food in that jar, eg mango and apple (baby must be intro-ed to apple already so you're watching out for allergies towards mango).
