We "process, clean, fillet, pack" for all kind of fish but we pay special attention to Threadfin.
Coz most mummy purchased Threadfin for their kids consumption.

Threadfin –S$26/kg (whole) from Indonesia.
Salmon – S$21/kg (whole) from Tasmania (Aust).
Both fish arrived in SG on Friday early morning, kept in ice all the time. Even from our processing table to your home.

Sorry... a bit confused on how to place order.. hehe.. usually I go market and just grab one piece that looks the best, never really note how heavy is the piece... is those sliced pieces considered fillet or whole?

Yes you can order 500g of Threadfin fillet, that apply for the Cod fish as well.
Some mummies do ordered the whole fish, some shared it between 2-3 families. Others might just love to have it more often. And you get to keep the bone for soup base.

My guess is your monger charged you $13-16 for that slice of Cod steak right?
Last Friday, all the mummies who ordered from me, got 2 slice of Cod Steak (about 400-500g) for almost the same price.
