Administrative Assistant (General Insurance Agency)
[Full time position]

Job Scope:
- Administrative tasks, such as paper work, policy processing, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, etc
- Attending to Customer Enquiries (through phone and email)
- Prepare simple Insurance quotations (training will be provided)

NITEC/higher NITEC with min 3 O levels

Looking for candidates with pleasant disposition and positive learning attitude.
^ Willing to attend insurance courses and attain relevant qualifications required to perform task efficiently [cost of course to be borne by company and salary would be adjusted upon completion of course
Besides year end profit sharing bonus, *commissions would also be given for businesses referred to the Company.
