- Oversees 16 brands F&B operations, and ensuring the outlets profitability and operational efficiency
- Analyse financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans ti improve sales and profitability
- Monitor, measure and report on restaurant deveopment plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Create a sound and working relationship with all staffs
- Ensure quality of food and customer service, and cleanliness of restaurants are maintained consistently at all times, according to health and safety regulations
- Estabish KPIs, targets, policies and procedures
- Optimize manpower with proper planning allocation

- A good qualification in restaurant management/ business, with 15 years of F&B management experience
- Excellent in interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin [both written and verbal, also because need to communicate with Chinese speaking employees)
- Good presentation skills to Board of Directors
- Up to date with Food and Beverages current trends and practises
- Good Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills
