Social Media Marketer wanted! (To help a local MNC recruit new staff)

You are a great marketer who is familiar with social media! You will be helping the Human Resource department to market their job openings on social media and other platforms so that the company can recruit staff. You will need to maintain the current careers website; posting jobs at the various job online portals, LinkedIn, Facebook and etc. Basically, you will help market careers at the company (one of the largest employers in Singapore) to the world so they can attract candidates to join them.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the career website, flyers, brochures and other recruitment materials

Manage job postings online on websites such as Jobsdb, LinkedIn and any new avenues you can think of!

Constantly keep up to date on the latest developments in the industry

Be aware of basic employment regulations and legislations (preferred but not necessary)

Improve current efforts to recruit new staff

Help to compile reports for the Human Resource department

Support the Human Resource team whenever required

Qualifications required

You should have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent with 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing/Human Resources

If you have work experience in recruitment or recruitment marketing, you will have a huge advantage

It will be good if you have technical skills in HTML and Photoshop but it is not necessary

You should be able to pay attention to details
