Provide support for recruitment of staff in the organization
Work closely with hiring manager on staffing needs
Pre-screen and shortlist suitable candidates
Ensure Job postings are updated across several recruitment portals
Prepare reports on recruitment activities
Participate in job fairs, forums and conferences on recruitment purposes
Any other duties that may be assigned

Degree in HR or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in healthcare & social service sectors for mid and lower level staff
Pro-active and resourceful team member
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
