• Train and develop the internal staffs according to the Company’s Training Roadmap, regulatory and Company’s policies.
• Work with Compliance department to assist in enforcing the standards and requirements of Training & Competency (T&C) Plan
• Maintain routine and regular contact, communicating T&C standards and expectations.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of the implementation of the T&C Plan
• Develop appropriate action plans to address any areas of concern and follow up to ensure completion.
• Conduct KYC and T&C reviews, with a view to improve competency standards of internal staffs

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years experience in Financial Services/Insurance Industry
• Good understanding of industry regulations and guidelines, e.g. FAA, LIA regulations and guidelines
• Possession of relevant professional qualifications, CMFAS Modules and experience in Sales & Advisory processes under FAA will be an added advantage
