Job Title: Personal Assistant
Details: Monday - Friday | 0930 1800hrs


  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post, corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Answering phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them
  • Producing documents, reports, administrative duties and presentations
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities


  • A levels/ Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
  • Only Singaporean/PR need to apply
  • Stay home mum or female above age 35 preferred
  • Energetic, self-motivated and independent
  • Strong oral and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
