Actually think heaven also on yr side. Imagine if wp exp in Jan but passport exp Dec then you end up got have her passport renewed... I heard not cheap.
Given a chance to be stay at home mum like you, I would not renew her n get a another maid instead. Since you r home, you r able to monitor her unlike me, nobody home to surpervise. Personally, I like transfer maid cos I can meet n interview face to face.
If you want to find somebody with some bbcare experience, suggest you get a transfer maid who's here for 1yr but hasnt completed 2yr employment. Interview her, ask her questions like how she takes care of previous employer's child, what she can cook, etc. The best is give her a test n c how pro she makes milk, change diaper, etc in yr house, if possible. Some agencies have this kind of 'home delivery/interview service' which I felt is great cos maid gets to see the house she's working n avoid misinterpretion by agt. List out what you want maid to do, ask agt translate to her.
FYI, most of the maids here are out to enjoy life. They pretend can't remember, simply unable to do things instructed so that employer can take over the duty n indirectly reduce their workload. I heard of people say their maid cant cook no matter how they teach so end up they had to do all the cooking. Most common comments on maid is lazy, glutton, bad memory and dishonest.
In conclusion, no point keeping somebody who just want an easy life .. no stamina at only 38yrs! So you become maid n she tai-tai?
btw, you mentioned "she can either only carry my baby or diaper bag. she can't carry/take both.". How heavy is yr baby? Y not get a stroller n put everything in, let the twins take turn to sit in? If above 10kg, as a mum, I felt it is really unbearable to carry child + bag n shop for 1 hr or more.
