My fav so far:

1) Changi Airport T3
2) Isetan Scotts (got vending m/c for yakult somemore, can buy a bottle for my elder gal)
3) Vivocity (the main one at Level 2. I think certain toilets have nursing rms too)
4) Takashimaya
5) Paragon
6) Suntec City

Hates:
1) Plaza Singapura - so smelly & the chair looks so dirty!

Is there one is CK Tangs? The last time I was there, 1 sales assistant asked me to use the room that looks like a handicapped toilet.

Went shopping to the 2 new malls last week Ochard Central and 313 Somerset. Here's my 2 cents worth on their baby rooms.

Ochard Central: Small and has no diaper changing station! Can't believe it even though the display icon show diaper changing sign. It has a seat for breasting feeding and the PA system is located inside the room which played very loud music. The room cannot be locked and located next to the toilets. But it has at least one room on every floor if I am not wrong.

313 Somerset: Briefly went in take a look on the 1st floor baby room. It has 2 changing station and a room for breastfeeding. It looks cosy. I didn't really check it out reason being a male cleaner was actually washing his mop using the baby room sink! I find that very unhygenic and disgusting. Not all floors has baby rooms and are located next to the toilets.

Honestly, I cannot understand why malls have to design baby rooms next to toilets. Most of the time baby rooms that are next to the toilets are normally not very clean. The interior designers most likely not parents themselves. Thankfully there are some developers who have parents in mind to have baby rooms located separately.

I saw one at CK Tangs children section on the top level. Didn't really went in before so can't comment.

Went to Vivocity L3 nursing room over Chinese new year eve. Totally not reco.

Was in there for less than 10mins & the air fresherner had sprayed thrice. Was feeling suffocating & pending headache, but had to escape though i was intending to bf my daughter.

Went to Suntec Nursing room (Level3) and couldnt stand the smell.
There's a nursing/changing station at Suntec Carrefour, near the baby section, but it's too open and a bit hot.

Tang's Orchard (level3 or 4) only has a diaper changing station in the handicap toilet (or did I miss the nursing room somewhere?)

OG in Bugis - a bit cramped as it is just a room converted to a baby care room.

Funan - forget it! too close to the toilet and also cant stand the smell

Millenia Walk - there is one in the basement, nice one, but a bit scary if only you and your baby are there.

Takashimaya - near the children's section, nursing room too colorful, my baby was looking everywhere and couldnt nurse well :(

*** and because of the pitfalls these nursing rooms' designs, I have gotten used to breastfeeding in public, using a nursing apron.

Recently I brought my 2 mths baby to AMK hub, halfway, I needed to go to the toilet to change her diaper. Luckily, I found a Diaper changing room on the 5th floor and immediately I had this thought, I am so lucky...

When I stepped in, the urine smell engulfed me.. I was like... Erkkks... Immediately and I back out and headed home straight.. :err:

in my experience, the plaza sing nursing room (on level 3?) near the hua xia swimming school is the worst. peeling wall paint, faded advertisement, no aircon, looks more like a storeroom, cramped and stale-smelling.

so its better to bring a nursing cover so that one can feed baby anywhere. I normally feed baby when i am having my meal in a restaurant.

Just to add on to the list: There's a new nursing room inside the mothercare @ west coast plaza. Very clean and nice. Has 2 changing tables and a little sitting area. But no sink/electrical point.
