Yellowish palm & feet?

Hi mummies & daddies,

like to seek yr precious advise/opinion with regards to above subject.

recently both my 2yrs old twins have yellow palm & feet. need to consult doctor? western or chinese sinseh?

what causes it?

pls advise.

Did u gave them papaya, carrot, pumpkin and tomatoes?
These can cause yellow palm n feet.

My son cannot eat pumpkin and papaya .. He also have this jaundice.
U stop for 1 month see any improvement?

they have pumpkin about 2-3 times per wk. i oso suspect papaya might oso b the reason so hv stop.
carrot oso will causes yellowish palm & feet? they have carrot almost everyday.

Carrot also cause.
U can boil e carrot till soft on another pot then add in to ur soup.

My boy too like this . So I stop him . Only once a while have above food mention.

i dun quite understand...u mean boil the carrot till soft then put the carrot or soup?
boil for how long?

U can boil or cook e carrot till soft in another pot which is different ib ur soup pot.
There you can scoop up e carrot n mix together w ur soup or just eat it.

will there still be vitamin in the carrot after boiling?

Same thing happened to my son. It's becos we gave him too much food tt are rich in beta carotene. U just need to cut down the intake of food(eg: papaya, pumpking, carrot, spinach, broccoli, red dates and wolfberry) that are rich in beta carotene. It will go away in a couple of months.

i do not know that the above mentioned food will causes yellowish on their palm & feet. all along i thought tt carrot & vegetables are good for them.
almost all of the above mentioned food are in their daily diet...:(

but now i know liao...will sure cut down...xie xie
