Hi Lilo, just went for scan yday and mine is also a baby boy.
may i ask where do you buy the baby clothing? from online or from the physical store? Pls recommend if you know any online store.
I'm actually looking at Baby cot and stroller. for baby cot, prefer something that can convert to toddler bed, but duno which is good, as some look flimsy.
for stroller, maybe will buy combi/capella. I need those with 1 hand folderable type.
How abt u?? u hv anything in mind alrd?

Hi SJBaby, I just checked from the expo calendar and there is also another baby expo fair coming this mth end 26 Oct. I'm not sure what brand of product they selling though but you can also go and take a look. I should be going. planning to buy everything by Nov/Dec. :D

Me having baby girl after e scan yesterday.. So excited can start shoppin for pretty things alr.. Must also start thinking of baby girl names now..
Where is the baby fair on 26oct?expo again?
For stroller, i will prob get capella as well. Saw one quite sturdy before, abt 330$ for newborn til 3yo. But abit bulky when folded, maybe a bit tight for my small car.

BabyCherry, means u were at TMC yday?? what time were u there? maybe we have bump into each other. I was there ard 11.30 to 12+.

Ya, the 26-28 Oct baby fair is at expo, Hall 5A..
The other fair in Nov that SJBaby mentioned is 9-11 Nov, expo Hall 5B.

Oh? Same day! What a coincidence.. But my appt was 4.15pm.hehe.TMC seemed very squeezy ya.. Esp the carpark. Hopefully mt. A will be better coz planning to deliver at Mt A.
Aiyo, expo too far, lazy to go esp if alone. Hubby overseas til mid Nov :( will be home alone..
Chanced upon this website thebabyspecialist.com.sg for rental of baby's stuff and breast pump in case u mommies are interested. Will b useful to try and see which brand u prefer before buying.

Babycherry, I'm also gonna deliver in mt a. R u going for hospital tour there?

I think every mth there will b baby fair @ expo. Dec also hv. 14-16 Dec, Hall 5B

Hello mummies, anyone doing your detailed scan this Friday at Thomson? I was told to walk in on that day coz the appointment slots were full..

My gynae helped to book the appointment for 9oct 4.15pm.arrived 4.10 waited abt 10mins can scan le. Quite fast. Take queue no once u arrived level 4. Scanning took abt 30mins.

Btw, anyone doin pre natal yoga? Anyplace to recommend in the west area?

Starling, i thought you will b delivering at tMC? And ur edd is v close to mine right.. 27feb? Sp far no plan to go for a tour at mt.A. Planned to take their prenatal classes on weekend days thou.

Babycherry, my gynae prefers mt a so I will b going there. My edd is 21 feb. I shld b signing up for the prenatal class on wkdays.

I'm currently attending prenatal yoga at tanjong pagar during wkends. They hv classes on thurs night if ur office is nearby.

Hi babycherry,

I just started my first pre-natal yoga with Platinum Yoga. However, this is located in the East at Parkway Centre level 5. Find it to be really good firstly because the class size is small (6 preggy mummies plus 1 instructor) and also, there were a lot of stretching that helps to strenghten the back and lengthen the spine.

Class duration is an hour and I paid $300 for 10 lessons.

I hope i do not have to wait too long for my detailed scan on Friday coz I was told that the waiting time can be really horrendous...

I will go for trial session prenatal yoga at pure yoga, no price stated in website. So just go der and see how first. Platinum yoga seemed good, but parkway is way too far. Haha.

Hi babycherry,

Ive went for my detailed scan today. Surprisingly the waiting time wasn't too long as I went at 8.30am as walk-in. Scan shows that I'm expecting a boy.. My dotter made the right guess. :) really excited and can finally start researching on names..

My detailed scan was last wed . At 1030 nuh the waiting time is ok I finished at 1130 . Cost $160 do we keep the reciepts??

Hello Mummies.
I am expecting my 2nd boy, EDD 12Feb. Will be delivering in Thomas Medical Center.
Didnt engage confinement nanny cos it's really expensive during CNY period. Will be asking my mother to help me this time.
