Did the hospital u choose provide talk on this? when i had my boy i went to the talk in KKH... Actually i didnt invest on this... I donate it to the public.... Because u have to understand is that if touch wood the family genes if there is any sickeness... the cordblood cannot be used anymore...

I'm m a smoker ... but i feel if the smoker is considerate i feel is ok.. because is more of a personal thingy.. but of course i understanding when preggy we smell the smoke smell will feel sick.. maybe just try to walk away if people standing beside u to smoke... But of course i don't pick up...

Share ur problem with yr wife.. Dont keep to urself.. If u r really feeling so depress.. Go see a doc.. Or talk to friends or us.. But most important is talk to ur wife & solve the problem..

Everyday our routine is... I mean before bed time... abt 6pm he will have his solid meal... then 7~7.30 will be shower... Then play for a while.. then i try to put him to sleep abt 10pm.. Sing song.. pat him... but while i sing.. he will turn & roll here & there.. till a while later.. i keep on...

Yup from he from newborn till now.. i always have a routine.. because i did some read up .. having routine will be more ez for babies to get to bed & sleep.. i also agree it might be because u both sleep together.. because i try once.. i put him on my bed.. he will be more ez to fall asleep...

Kids do alot of unexpected stuff.. haha.. just need to learn from it..

I do let him have a quite or less activities when is come to bed time... but is just endless of turning & standing in his cot.. i do sing & hug him & pat him... but he will suddenly throw temper again... Then i put him in his cot don't care about his temper.. he will cry non stop & louder each...

That's mean he is really hungry... when my son suck pacifier & cry at the same time.. is consider hungry...
