That's good. Yes you can start CW anytime of the cycle. Whichever day, it shouldnt be the cause of your shortened af. Could be stress or just one off thing. Monitor for next cycle cycle.

I was on it in my first or 2nd box and I bfped (though not viable). I'm sure there are many other factors too. After that I continued for many months but no luck so I rather stopped. No longer taking it for at least half year.

It's norm because you take it BEFORE breakfast. To avoid, I take it right after lunch (or any meal of the day which is your fullest). You want to avoid empty or half empty stomach when taking CW. The nausea feeling is horrid so I hope a full stomach method will help you too.

Please discard ky jelly. It's a spermicide. Switch to Preseed. Available at pharmacies. You can google more on how it helps many ladies to conceive.

If he has bad SA(which we hope not), even if you have perfect cycle, there are still big challenges on ttc. You may like to check if your scan was called HSG. HSG helps to see if your Fallopian tubes are blocked. I feel this is one of the more important tests to do.

Sorry to hear that eggscatcher. But hopefully this may be a bit of comfort that not many ladies succeed from first iui or even ivf. Mostly are through perserverance. Will there be a review with your doc? Discuss your option with him again. Your man’s SA result is relatively good?
