Sport and a healthy diet is all you need to loose weight. Unfortunately there is not much else you can do. What you can do is taking supplements to support your sport or energy levels.

I would stay off it it looks shady, to be honest. What do you want from them anyways? For natural and legit supplements i would recommend buying from Liftmode as they are a professional shop which wont scam you. I always buy that supplement for my health and fertility.
