For mummies who had epidural, Do u bf immediately after delivery? Does your baby feel sleepy for days and experience difficulty in breastfeeding?

My breasts feel lumpy and areola area already engorged even though I'm due in Dec.. Nipples quite painful too and when I squeeze I only see whitish fluid not yellowish milk or colostrum I guess.. Any mummy applied hot towel or massage breasts and nipples from 36 weeks onwards?

Hi hi, Any mummies know or has done traditional Chinese Tui Na massage for post-natal? If so pls let me know as I'm considering it as alternative to Jamu massage since there's no oil used and more bf friendly. TIA!

Thanks everyone, I think my GP has done me a big disfavor by prescribing me antibiotics... I should have checked with my gynae b4 taking it.. Now too late.. Already taken. Just pray my baby will be ok.... *worried*

Hi mummies, I wanna know after delivery when did ur supply of BM start to come in and how much can you pump per breast or after breastfeeding, how fast is your baby hungry again?

Both of us din have it but we decided to have pneumococcal vaccination for our girl as she was born premature with running nose for first few days.. We thought it might be a good prevention for future. The decision is up to u as this jab is rather expensive and not mandatory.

I agree MissA! My girl was in breech position until she was ready to be delivered.. So I was worried to the end about going for c-sect.

Hi Mummies, I'm back! Looks like I missed quite alot. ;) Muffie: I'm also seeing gynae at KKH. Dun think so soon will do the admission. The last time I gave birth, the admission only done at 36 weeks. Perhaps u can call the KKH admission office to ask or check with your gynae at next visit? :)

Chocoholic: thanks for your well wishes. I have been resting alot at home since my detailed scan showed I have low placenta. And yeah, the kicks, punches and blowing bubbles are definitely more define now..*loving it!*
