drapolene has antiseptic effect, good esp if the rash is very bad and painful.. desitin (blue) as it is thick helps to prevent rash from getting contact with waste and treating it effectively. If rash is very bad, can use drapolene to apply 1st follow by desitin over it. i learn this from a...
