I don tink KKH allow our spouse to be with us during c-section regardless of which class of ward u r in. My sis-in-law stayed at A1 ward but still hubby not allowed. I stayed at B1 (2nd child), B2+ (3rd child) and B2 (4th child) ward but all the while hubby never allowed...
