Prefer Kim's Kitchen to Neo Garden. For both, we ordered 4 dishes (no soup) for 3 pax. Personally I feel the portion is the same for both. Taste wise, we prefer Kim's. However, my husband likes the Wed special that Neo Garden offers, like chicken rice, fried noodles, dry mee siam etc

I wasn't impressed with Staccato. Tried a trial session when my daughter was around 10 months old. The teacher was a young lady. I felt she couldn't engage the children and there were dull lulls in between. That was somewhere in Jul 2011. Things could have changed now.
