Send her to agency for counseling. If it still doesn't work pls change.. It's dangerous to leave your baby with this sort of person. It doesn't take a genius to know of the dangers of scissors n fan blades n pail of water. U probably hv to take leave while waiting for a new maid or consider...
Try to let the CL gradually lessen amt of time carrying baby as bab might cry for her the night before she leaves. My CL had experience with a baby before where the night before the baby cried n would not sleep until abt 5am the morning shes due to leave.

R u doing Jamu massage? I find that warm towels dun work as well as massage when the engorgement is terrible. I did Jamu 7 days. And after hot bath I will pump then latch. It helped to clear. Oh and I was using angel baby booby tubes.
Hehe. If still bearable then ok. Is this first one ? If first one dilation takes a while. But if you're usually active then it may be faster. I'm not that active so took me hours to dilate during first delivery. Do u intend to have epidural?
U might want to check in if u r delivering at KKH. They were out of delivery suites when I checked in on 14th evening. Same thing happened on 15th cuz they sent someone up to ward to wait for delivery suite too.
No point stressing out really. For my first one I stressed out so much that my milk yield was poor n I was depressed... Stay happy, pump wat u can cuz as long as shes healthy n getting some bm everyday, it makes a happy mommy.
