Hot? What milk do you use? I replace dinner with shake and sometimes breakfast too. Think I've lost weight on my tummy too.

Do I have to mix the formula in hot or cold beverage? I tried it cold but it became lumpy and if I shake it vigorously, my tummy will have lotsa air then causes tummy upset. It makes me feel thirsty and visit the loo all day. Is this normal?

I experienced the same and was very worried like you. But don't worry too much cos every child is different, just like adult...some introvert, some extrovert. My child is so talkative now. ; -)

I want to be a good mother and a responsible employee at the same time. I know my child is top priority, but feel bad when I need to take urgent leave when child fall sick. I will also worry about what my boss think. I feel as bad if I go to work and leave child to caretaker. What do you think?
