Breast feeding can eat NUTS??

Hi can anyone share with me if u ate nuts while breastfeeding? issit safe my family no one allergy to nuts...

Enjoy your nuts. If you take 5 raw almonds a day without the skin (soak over night - the almond skin are just harder to digest but I am just plain lazy and gobble the skin too) it will help in your calcium intake. You need them most especially when you are pregnant and breast feeding .

yeah I also just eat the skin. I usually take walnuts, cashew and almonds. All of them super good to boost breast milk supply. Got folic, omega 3 and calcium so I happily take my snacks everyday.

Hi, I think it depends on your condition. If you don't have strong family history of severe allergy, just feel free to include them in your diet. I'm breastfeeding now and I eat small amount of nuts everyday, my baby didn't have any allergic action.
