The calf feels like muscle pulling / ligament tear right.. so bad until cannot move correct?
Cuz walk to much, the muscle to tense.. massage before sleeping.. then like to prevent cramps, put a pillow or bolster to prop the feet up abit..
At about last week more cfm is him that moves.. I just lie on my back n relax.. put my hand on the tummy.. n he'll roll here roll there.. I'm 20weeks now..
Nope, nv see gp.. waiting for month end to see gynae and ask him..
Was busy last week so didn't check in..
But Monday, I puked 4 times after work.. dunno wat's wrong.. and then ytd nv eat much.. cant sit straight and all.. really uncomfortable.. but I still can feel the lil one moving in me when I lie down..
ya.. but i realise the cot was impulse buy, cuz outside selling cheaper without discount.. lol!! think that's the service u get from paying extra.. hahaha.. luckily we bought it with my mum's vouchers..
for my cot, i ask for it to be delivered later, bought at robinsons that time.. we told the person that we will call them for the delivery at a nearer date.. so we actually call to arrange the day after i deliver, and hub assemble at night after he go home from the hospital..
for my first 2 i was with KK TPS.. and waited for baby to be ready to discharge then discharge together.. so stayed 4days in total (kk seriously s3 $ n talk de, cuz i was under the pte one, they allow me to overstay).. 1 day can claim 450 that time, so 4 days claim actually covered the whole...
As in like isn't it in the package?
we wun see the charges, like they wun charge by per bottle right? N it is medisave claimable..
So it doesn't really matter to the hospital whether we fees BM or fm right?
