I prefer to build up by well maintain of my internal health - intestine, liver etc.. Do it from the basic, to me personally, is the best way in the long run.. of course skin product play an impt part too... It might be slower, but can be healthy at the same time.. why not :)

Also, will advise everyone take prenatal vitamin, i believed it did helped my colleague.. We must have healthy body and sufficient vitamins to get prepared and to support a healthy pregnancy..

I used to have UTI since young and every time must take antibiotic to stop the UTI. Till recently i tried ORAC - made from types with berries when I got UTI again and was recovered without any medication and antibiotic! :)
